2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within:
1–3 business days
With the exception of pre orders which can take 6-8 weeks.
Processing time means the time it takes to prepare your order before it is shipped.
During busy periods, sales, or product drops, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Order size and weight
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

8. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

9. Incorrect Address

Rella is not responsible for:
