At Rellaco, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 / 30 days of delivery, provided that items meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Items must be in their original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Items must be free from stains, odours, damage, or alterations

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalised items

How to Start a Return

Order Number: Required for all return requests

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is faulty or damaged)

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item is faulty

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
  • Bank processing times may vary

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes
  • Faulty items
  • Incorrect items received

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
